Friday, September 5  - “B”  Day

Today, we have our first cross-country meet with KMS. Everyone is invited to come check out our running event.  We will have High School athletes on campus leading the way for our Cross Country kids.  Come cheer them on!

Reserve volleyball girls played great but came up short against Papillion LaVista yesterday.  Madelynn Farrel and Mia Mendoza both had awesome serves. Elizabeth Davies played great in the front row.  Good luck next Tuesday against Kirn!

The varsity boys played a home game last night against Beadle where we saw a lot of potential out on the field. Our defense was flying around the field and making good tackles where they could. In the end the Mustangs lost 22-0 to the bulldogs. We have a lot of room to grow and be ready for us next week.

In the JV game against Beadle it started off with some mistakes that cost us early, but overall the team had a lot of fight. King Mosley had a long return on kickoff and our defense held their own overall. We will continue to grow a lot as the year goes on with the final score being 28-0.

Our Fall bookmark design contest has begun! Let your creativity flow and submit your original hand-drawn designs to the library by Friday, September 26.  New this year - we will be accepting designs in color!  Stop by the library to get your blank bookmark today!
